Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Photo Identification

For security purposes, we require a clear and legible scan or copy of a valid photo ID of the person who is signing this agreement. We also require the names of all parties who will be staying in the Vacation Rental.

Housekeeping

When you arrive, the Vacation Rental property will be cleaned, disinfected and set up with all linens. As a courtesy, we have included the following complimentary items:

  • Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels
  • Dishwashing detergent, hand soap, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, and lotion
  • Tea bags, salt & pepper and bottles of water

Pets

While we love pets, unfortunately there are restrictions that prevent us from accommodating them and as such we don’t allow pets of any kind on our property.

 

Security / Damage Deposit

Your credit card information will be retained on file during your stay to cover any incidentals or damage to the property. There will be no charges whatsoever if the following provisions are met.

•       No damage is done to the Vacation Rental property or its contents
•       No linens or household items are missing
•       No early check-in or late check-out
•       Vacation Rental property has not been smoked in

 

Check in

Checkin time is no earlier than 3pm local time

 

Check out

Checkout time is no later than 11am local time. Any time spent over that without prior confirmation will incur a late fee

 

Force Majeure

In rare circumstances beyond our control, the property may become unavailable for your booking. This may include, but is not limited to, severe damage or destruction of the property. In the event of Force Majeure, we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives for you. If no alternatives are available or acceptable to you, we will issue a full refund of all payments made. This refund constitutes the full extent of our liability, and we will not be responsible for any additional costs related to the cancellation.

 

Personal Property and Injury

The unit owner and management are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for any injury or harm occurring on the premises, under any circumstances. Tenants and guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold the owner and management harmless from any such claims, including legal fees and associated costs.
